Upon arrival, the exceptionally helpful staff ensured our rooms were together, making our stay more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection, and we found ourselves returning each morning to savor each dish. The kids particularly relished the pool and playground, while the kids' club provided a fantastic space for them to engage and explore. With a location just minutes from the airport, convenience was a bonus, yet the resort felt peaceful and private. We rented scooters seamlessly through the hotel, enhancing our local exploration. From spacious rooms to a fantastic Christmas lunch, the Hyatt Regency truly caters to families, making it a top recommendation for those seeking a welcoming atmosphere in a well-planned resort.
